Activity 2: Role Play

Divide the participants in groups of 5 and ask them to come up with plays/games and explain which domain of child development (cognitive, motor, social and emotional and language competencies) is the play promoting.

• The aim of this role play is to show parents that different domains need to be promoted in different ways because all the developmental domains are intertwined because one cannot function well without the other.
• Give them 10 minutes and have a plenary for each group to present their work.
